What a pleasure it has been to deal with Frazer and his team at Compass Shopfitting. Our project was a total redesign, gut and refit of a large community pharmacy in Brisbane’s bayside. Compass came back with a competitive quote but it was the professionalism with the timeline of works and their clear plans with how we were going to trade through the whole process was what impressed me the most. Communication was ongoing with a weekly email summary sent to me each Friday on where we were up to with the schedule. The staff were always on hand and available for a phone call for any questions Variations were clearly communicated with valid reasons as to why they were necessary.
